Q – Is this service ONLY for a specific area in TX?

 That’s correct. We are currently working with local businesses in Burleson, Crowley, Joshua, Alvarado, Mansfield, Everman, Forest Hill, Aledo, Arlington, Pantego, Haltom City, Keller, North Richland Hills, Grapevine, Colleyville, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, South Lake, and Fort Worth. This allow us to come in and work with the owners directly to fine tune our service.

 Q – Do I get access to emails when clients leave us a review good or bad?

 Absolutely!  The system will alert you the second you get a review, good or bad. The bad one will get quarantined so you can address the issue with the client/customer before they vent out on other 3rd party review services. This also helps to get insight on exactly how your business is operating or if you may have a troublesome employee.

 Q – Do I have to do anything with my current website?

 Not at all. We provide you with your new custom review site that will collect reviews from your clients in a fun easy way and our system will keep track of all the reviews on your behalf. You will receive a monthly report for your records.

 Q – Do I need to supply marketing materials to our clients/customers to enhance this service?

 Not at all. We supply customize marketing materials for your usage. These are designed to match your branding and helps clients to identify your services.

 Q – How fast can we see results?

 After implementing and launching this service it is not uncommon to see results within 24hrs from your actual real clients/customers. However this can vary from business to business.

 Q – I currently have bad reviews. Will this help eliminate those?

 Unlike other services who promise to eliminate bad reviews… Our Reputation Management System helps to add more positive reviews at a much faster rate that will push bad ones further down the search results where most people will not even bother to look. It will also help to intercept and even possibly resolve any new negative reviews before they happen on 3rd party sites if action is taken. By taking advantage of our services and allowing us to help add more positive reviews to off set any negative reviews will also increase your star rating even though old negative reviews cannot be deleted. This is the ONLY legal way and the most highly recommended.

 Q – What would happen if the system collects a bad review?

 When someone writes a bad experience the system will collect that data and pass it to the owner giving the owner the chance to fix the issue. 99% of bad reviews that get posted online are simply due to the lack of having a system in place to be able to address potential issues before they become a negative review all over the net.

 Q – What’s the initial investment needed to get started?

 The initial investment is $149 due to the customization of your page, marketing materials and setup.

 Q – Is there a contract to sign?

 There’s no contract of any kind. This allows you to cancel at any given time. However we are confident that once you try out our services you will see the true value of maintaining and continuing to grow a positive online reputation.

Do you help remove mug shots?

We do not remove mug shots. We are confident you will find many other Online Reputation Management Services who will engage in this kind of activity, but we surely don’t.

Can you remove negative Online Reviews?

We are sure you have seen these claims and in all honesty the ONLY person who can delete a negative online review is the person who actually wrote it. The ONLY thing we can do legally is help you collect positive reviews faster and more efficiently that will push the old negative reviews down the searches, so they are much harder and less likely to find.

Can you write reviews on our behalf?

If you are looking for this type of service, we are not the company for you. Not ONLY is this not legal it can come back and hurt your credentials entirely.
